How to reach Cyberpunk’s top events
Win an Edgerunner Open Regional main event for a World Championship invite; Top 64 also earn Black Sapphire Invitational invites.
The path
A simple ladder — start at step 1 and climb.
- Local / side events — Melee-linked play and EOR side events.
- Edgerunner Open Regionals — Large constructed mains (Chicago, Warsaw, more TBA).
- Black Sapphire Invitational — Top 64 at an EOR main (and some premier sides) earn invites.
- World Championship — EOR Champion prize includes a Worlds invite — date/venue still under wraps.
In plain English
WeirdCo’s first large competitive tier is the Edgerunner Open Regional (EOR). The published main-event prize table awards a Cyberpunk TCG World Championship invite to the Champion, and Black Sapphire Invitational invites to Top 64 (matching records below 64th do not get the BSI invite). World Championship date, venue and full qualification list beyond EOR Champions have not been published.
What to do
- Link accounts
Link your Melee and cyberpunktcg.com accounts before ticket waves — WeirdCo requires it to buy EOR badges.
- Enter an EOR main
Chicago (Dec 11–13, 2026, McCormick Place) and Warsaw (Jan 30–31, 2027) are the first announced EORs. Mains are Constructed Best-of-Three with Swiss into a Top 16 single-elim.
- Climb the prize table
Day 2, Top 64 (Black Sapphire invite), Top 16/8/4 and Champion all stack additive prizes. The Champion line explicitly includes a World Championship invite.
- Watch for BSI and Worlds details
Black Sapphire Invitational and World Championship schedules are still marked as forthcoming on WeirdCo’s organized-play pages.
Unconfirmed / watch this
- World Championship date, city, format and whether routes other than EOR Champion exist.
- Full Black Sapphire Invitational structure and whether later EORs change the Top 64 / Champion prize lines.
